This could be to deepen your connection, enhance your awareness, or simply to beginning to be present with each other **Session:** 1. **Eye Gazing:** Begin by maintaining eye contact with your partner. Gaze into each other's eyes without any judgment or expectation. Allow yourselves to connect on a deeper level, feeling a sense of vulnerability and openness. 2. **Syncing Breath:** Close your eyes and begin to synchronize your breath. Inhale and exhale together, finding a rhythm that feels natural for both of you. This helps create a sense of unity and harmony. 3. **Deepening Breath:** Gradually deepen your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your abdomen and chest. Exhale fully, releasing any tension. As you breathe, visualize a flow of energy circulating between you and your partner. 4. **Energy Awareness:** Bring your awareness to the energy within and around you. Imagine a warm, radiant light enveloping both of you. With each inhale, imagine drawing this energy into your body; with each exhale, share it with your partner. 5. **Touch and Sensation:** Gently place your hands on each other's hearts or on your partner's hands. Feel the warmth and connection through touch. As you continue breathing, explore different touch points, like the arms, shoulders, or face. 6. **Shared Breath:** Experiment with shared breath. Inhale while your partner exhales, and vice versa. This creates a beautiful exchange of energy and symbolizes the interconnectedness between you. 7. **Intimacy and Trust:** If comfortable, incorporate gentle touch and caresses.
